Q: What kind of material does your company make to rolls?
A: We provide both steel rolls and cast iron rolls.
For steel rolls, available materials include high chromium steel, high speed steel, graphite steel, semi-steel and other grades based on customers’ specific requirements.
For cast iron rolls, we offer chilled cast iron, infinite chill cast iron, spheroidal graphite cast iron, high chromium cast iron and other customized materials as requested by customers.
Q: If any quality problem,how could your company settle it?
A: 1. we will check what type of the problem is and how could it happen.
2. If it is our full duty,we will replace the new piece for our customer meanwhile we will pay the full duty for the transportation and the other fees caused by re-import.
3. We will settle the quality problem until the satisfy of the customers.
Q: Can you customize rolls according to our requirements, such as material, hardness and service life?
A: Yes, we offer full customization for rolls based on your specific demands, including material selection, hardness adjustment, service life optimization and dimensional design.
We will formulate corresponding material formulas and production processes according to your rolling conditions, so as to ensure the rolls fully match your actual production needs.
